*Important Information Regarding Memberships*
*Once your 3, 6 or 12 Month contract is fulfilled, you will continue to be charged each month at your initial rate. Meaning, your draft will continue at the discounted rate but you are no longer bound to a contract.
*To change or cancel your membership, you must email us a minimum of 14 days before your contract is set to expire at info@pilatespluscovington.com
*Regarding 'Late Cancels' and 'No Shows'*
*Cancelling a reservation less than 8 hours before the start of class or failure to show up for class will result in a $10 fee for ALL Unlimited Memberships and loss of class for A’la Carte purchases. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not cancel the class within 2 hours of start time, this will result in a No Show fee of $20.
*Early Cancels (cancelling reservation within time to avoid the $10 charge) must be done via website and/or app. Please do not call, text or email the studio for Early Cancels.
*If you are on the waitlist within the 8 hour window and are put into the class but cannot make it, you will also be charged a late fee of $10. We recommend you check your waitlist status regularly to ensure you remove yourself from waitlist when you are not flexible for that time window.
A’la Carte:
1 class: $30 – 1 month expiration
3 classes: $75 ($25/class) – expires 1 month from 1st class.
5 classes: $110 ($22/class)- expires 1 month from 1st class.
10 classes: $169 ($16.90/class)- expires 2 months from 1st class.
20 classes: $269 ($13.45/class) – expires 3 months from 1st class.
Private Sessions:
1 Private Session: $60
1 Semi-Private Session: $40 per person (2 client maximum)
10 Private Sessions: $500 ($50 a class)
