*Important Information Regarding Memberships*
*4x's and 8x's per month memberships are a monthly commitment will auto renew. A cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to renewal date.
*Once your 3, 6 or 12 Month contract is fulfilled, you will be auto-enrolled into new contract of same length.
*To change or cancel your membership, you must email us a minimum of 14 days before your contract is set to expire at info@pilatespluscovington.com
*Regarding 'Late Cancels' and 'No Shows'*
*Cancelling a reservation less than 8 hours before the start of class or failure to show up for class will result in a $10 fee for ALL Unlimited Memberships and loss of class for A’la Carte purchases. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not cancel the class within 2 hours of start time, this will result in a No Show fee of $20.
*Early Cancels (cancelling reservation within time to avoid the $10 charge) must be done via website and/or app. Please do not call, text or email the studio for Early Cancels.
*If you are on the waitlist within the 8 hour window and are put into the class but cannot make it, you will also be charged a late fee of $10. We recommend you check your waitlist status regularly to ensure you remove yourself from waitlist when you are not flexible for that time window.
A’la Carte:
1 class: $30 – 1 month expiration
5 classes: $125 ($25/class)- expires 1 month from 1st class.
10 classes: $210 ($21/class)- expires 2 months from 1st class.
20 classes: $360 ($18/class) – expires 6 months from 1st class.
50 classes: $700 ($14/class)- expires 12 months from 1st class.
Private Sessions:
1 Private Session: $65
1 Semi-Private Session: $45 per person (2 client maximum)
10 Private Sessions: $550
